1.豆腐洗净切成小方块,葱切粒,辣椒切碎,蒜头剁成碎末备用。

2.热锅冷油,放入蒜末、葱白、辣椒爆香。

3.加入3勺辣椒酱炒出红油。

4.加入适量开水。
